Stiff Heavy Cardstock Lay-Flat Paper...

      Stiff Heavy Cardstock Pages are pages where the images are printed directly onto the premium cardstock paper.  They are printed on state-of-the-art HP Indigo Digital Presses and then finished in glossy or matte.  Zookbook's Photo Book has 10pt Heavy Cardstock Lay-Flat Paper, and Zookbook's Photo Book PLUS has 14pt Heavy Cardstock Paper (slightly thicker).  This type of page lays flat for a seamless spread across the two pages.  These pages are acid free.  This type of paper brings a substantial feel to your photo album without drastically increasing the album cost compared to the Flush Mount Pages.

Stiff FLUSH Mount Lay-Flat Paper...

      Flush Mount Pages means the images (the designed pages) are first printed on Kodak Endura Paper and then "flush" mounted onto the stiff, 16pt thick heavy cardstock pages.  The images span both sides of the album and extend to the edges of the pages with a narrow gutter in the center of the album.  There is a tiny 1/16th" gap in the center that virtually eliminates the gutter for a seamless presentation across both pages.  These pages are acid free.  The extra step involved in FLush Mount Pages brings the cost of these photo albums up to premium prices.

Regular "Floppy" Paper...

      Regular "Floppy" Paper is paper you can bend and does not lay flat.  This paper is printed on HP Indigo digital offset printing press.  This paper is lignin and acid free.  There are five types of Regular "FLoppy" Paper, Standard, two Premium Papers and two new Premium ProLine Papers.  The Standard paper is #80 in weight coated matte paper.  The Premium Paper is 35% thicker than Standard, #100 weight and is available in matte or lustre finish.  The New ProLine Premium Paper comes in #140 weight with a "Pearl" finish and #100 weight in an Uncoated Eggshell Texture finish.  The Black/White Text Book is printed on 90gsm off-white text paper.  These types of papers are the most affordable.
